Lola Domènech is an architect graduated from ETSAB and founder of her own architecture studio in Barcelona since 1995, where she develops projects in architecture, public space and urban design. Her work is characterised by a contemporary and context-sensitive approach, combining functionality, sustainability and careful landscape integration. Throughout her career, she has worked on numerous urban and furniture projects, collaborating with both public and private entities.

In addition to her professional practice, she combines her activity with teaching and research. Her studio has received several national and international awards and publications, establishing itself as a benchmark in contemporary urban design and public space. Since 2008, the studio has been part of the teams officially accredited by Barcelona City Council for the design of urban spaces in Ciutat Vella.
